Effective communication and support among team members are crucial; whenever I faced challenges, I knew I could count on my colleagues to help me find solutions. In what ways do you improve both your technical and interpersonal skills throughout your time with us?

  1. I gained practical experience working with software in a professional environment, which greatly enhanced my technical skills. I also explored various applications and applied them to real-world projects, further deepening my knowledge and expertise.

  2. Working on engaging projects provided daily opportunities to learn new software tools and become familiar with technologies I hadn’t encountered during my studies. This experience enhanced my technical skills and fostered better collaboration with my team. My focus on point cloud classification refined my abilities while promoting teamwork. Additionally, adapting quickly to various tasks strengthened my interpersonal skills, allowing me to complete tasks within deadlines and communicate effectively with every team member.

Tell us about a fun event, activity, or initiative you participate in during your internship that stands out to you.

  1. One standout event during my internship was the “Sharing Knowledge Week.” Each team in our company presented their work, the programs they use, their projects, and experiences. This was an excellent onboarding experience that allowed us to gain insights into different areas of the company. We had the opportunity to ask questions and discuss industry trends, which fostered a deeper understanding of our field.

  2. The regular team gatherings and “Thursday Game Night” created a fun and relaxed atmosphere. These activities not only helped strengthen our team bonds but also made the internship experience enjoyable and engaging. Overall, these initiatives contributed significantly to my learning and connection with my colleagues.

  3. We had a month filled with various tasks designed to help us get to know each other better. From making coffee for colleagues to buying small gifts like sweets and seasonal spa packages – these activities were both fun and creative!
