DataDEV company culture can be reflected in shared values, build attitudes, and implemented standards that make our work environment better. We have built a family environment where experienced engineers transfer knowledge to others, making them step out of their comfort zone where they realize that everything is possible if you push the right buttons and work hard. Company culture is very important, and that’s why we spend many years building it, implementing it, and making it generally acceptable.
How do you stay informed about industry trends and developments?
I’m constantly trying to improve DataDEV’s internal processes and procedures, which allows us to become more competitive and successful in the market. In this process, I become aware that I need to constantly educate and improve myself first and then transfer that experience and methods to others. Following industry trends in different events, staying in touch with partner companies, and learning how to listen, predict, and implement, give me the ability to make a good environment where DataDEV always stays in focus and line with technological development.
What advice do you have for young people who want to achieve great success like you?
Work hard, try to keep your focus, have an open mind, and you will see that everything is possible. Success is not something that comes overnight. It is a result of hard work, dedication, and passion for what you do. Be persistent, be patient, and never give up on your dreams.
What’s your favorite hobby or pastime? How do you strike a balance between work and life?
I do try to keep a good shape and clear mind by playing squash. This helps me, at least to try to maintain a balance between life and work and keep the necessary energy on a good level. At the end of the working day, one glass of good wine in a family environment makes me relax.
